Chapter 10, Diggers Summary
Popov reviews the vast amount of material available at the library on his employer. It fails to tell him much beyond what he already knows. There is nothing that connects him with any international terrorism. Popov knows that what he is involved in is criminal and therefore keeps a bag packed and his alternative passports in readiness for flight abroad. Tawney continues his investigation. His only conclusion thus far is that a terror network is alive and well and that there is someone roaming around the planet who knows how to mobilize them.
