Summary and Analysis For Chapters 25-30 Summary

In Chapter 25, three days before homecoming, Coach Mac pulls Ramp and Matt out of class. He questions them about the rumors going around, and Ramp says that Chris is trouble. Ramp tells the coach that he couldn't handle the tea bagging at camp, and Matt wonders what he should say. The coach says that Chris's mother has hired a lawyer saying that the boy was sexually assaulted. He tells the boys to tell the others to keep quiet about everything.

Mandy comes up to Matt after he leaves the field house and apologizes to him. She had put the pornographic pictures in the locker after Ramp gave them to her. She invites him to homecoming then on a trip to her parents' beach house. He says that he will call her.
