Summary

In Chapter 27, Leigh arrives hours early for the dinner under the guise of taking Seema for a walk.

In Chapter 28, Tahera talks to Amina on the phone, trying to calm her because her father cannot. Amina tells her mother that Arshad told her that Allah would punish her for playing with the princess doll. Back on the phone, Ismail denies anything is wrong with Arshad. Tahera knows that Ismail is not telling her the truth because Arshad has never been cruel to Amina before now.
