Summary

In “Rachel Barnes: Older Sister to Anthony Barnes,” Rachel believes that Ramón is guilty of Moore’s murder. She has seen him hanging out with the street gang Dioses del Humo. Ramón’s older cousin is a leader in that gang. Rachel told Moore about the connection just as a precaution.
