Monday March 14 Summary
Mia wakes up on her second morning to find it is pouring rain. The dew has gotten to her sleeping bag and she is feeling the cold and wet. The showers won't be possible today, so everyone uses wet wipes to clean up. Mia is also feeling her sore muscles from the demanding work a day earlier.
On the first day, Mia's group had managed to get the roof framing up, so the rain today doesn't stop them from working today, putting up gypsum board for the interior walls. Mia thinks she's getting the hang of it, and today she has only punctured the board with her hammer five times. Angie is a sport about it, saying she can cover it with pictures, though Michael insists they will patch up the holes with plaster.
At lunch, Mia eats Jell-O and potato...
