Thursday March 10 Summary

Mia's first diary entry in Project Princess is "Thursday March 10, The Loft." Mia writes about her recent exchange with her mother regarding a school trip.

Here the reader learns that Mia has only recently learned she is a princess. It is also revealed that Mia's mother Helen is pregnant and has recently married Frank- also known as Mr. Gianini, Mia's algebra teacher.

Mia is impatient with her family and finds the members of her family quite infuriating.

Mia goes to Albert Einstein High School. The school has arranged for her Gifted and Talented class to go to West Virginia over Spring Break to help build homes with an organization called Houses for the Hopeful. In this diary entry, Mia describes her conversation with her mother about whether she is allowed to go on the school trip or not.
