Maya, the cleaning lady, isn't in the kitchen. Instead, she is in Michael's room. Mia sits in Michael's room while Maya cleans it and tells her about her son. While Mia is lying on Michael's bed, she spots one of her cards on his desk.

Mia is in Grandmere's suite at the Plaza because she found out from Lilly's parents that Senastiano sold the pictures of her trying on his gowns to the New York Times. Her father is angry because Sebastiano is exploiting Mia. Mia is concerned because it makes her look like she is a pretentious princess trying to figure out what she looks good wearing.
