Day 3 and Day 4 Summary

At home, Julia is at the window with a cup of coffee. She says she hasn't slept at all for worrying about Amanda but now doesn't hold the baby. When Jack returns to the room after putting Amanda to bed, Julia is on the phone, saying that they now have to be more careful. She hangs up abruptly and tells Jack that something has come up, and she has to go to work, though it's just after six o'clock in the morning. As Jack is driving Eric and Nicole to school, Eric yawns and says the men who had vacuumed the house during the night kept waking him up. He says that they'd vacuumed the entire house, and they'd gotten the ghost, which he describes as "all shimmery" and without a face. Jack puts it down to a nightmare...
