Chapters 13-16 Summary

Spencer goes to New York to meet Olivia in Chapter 13. She has lied to Andrew, telling him that she's having dinner with her family. On the train on the way to the city, she wonders what her sister's involvement is with Ian. However, once Spencer arrives in the city, she can only think about Olivia, whom she exactly resembles. Olivia is beautiful, and married to a rich man (Morgan), who is about to take her away on a honeymoon. In addition, Olivia is full of plans for the future, and gets excited thinking about Spencer moving to the city after graduation, suggesting that she even get her own West Village apartment. Olivia eventually has to leave in a helicopter to meet Morgan at the airport, but accidentally leaves a folder with information about her new apartment with Spencer.
