Chapters 73 and 74 Summary

Two weeks later, Lynda and Lisa are at the beach. They are building sandcastles in the sand. Lisa is wearing her first bathing suit, which Lynda bought for her. Jimmy and Jake are supposed to meet them soon. A plane flies over the beach and it is a skywriting plane, which writes, "Marry Me, Lynda." Lisa screams that she has to say yes as Jake calls Lynda's cell phone. Lynda says yes.

Lynda and Jake take Lisa and Jimmy back to SCCH. Nick is temporarily running the home now. Lynda and Jake are sitting in the front porch swing when Jake suggests they adopt Lisa and Jimmy. Lynda agrees and they call to let Nick know of their plans.
