Summary

In Chapter 10: Kissing and Kissing 364-403, Lee confided to Martha that she felt like she’d said too much to the woman who came to interview her. They both wondered why the reporter had asked Lee so many questions about tuition.

Martha left early from a dance to tell Lee that Cross and Aspeth had been dancing together a lot. From that point Lee kept an eye out for Cross and Aspeth. In the final issue of the school’s newspaper, however, there was a note that indicated Cross was dating Melodie Ryan. As soon as she saw Martha Lee questioned her about the note.
