"Overthrow" (pp. 397-415) Summary
Over breakfast, Raych announces Rashelle is taking him to the zoo. Seldon and Venabili debate why they are enjoying the high life here. Rashelle's willingness to fragment the galaxy must be stopped. Venabili is certain the Hummin would get word to her if were wrong, and her certainty perplexes Seldon. Rashelle understands that Seldon does not have psychohistory, but is convinced it does not matter. She will claim he has scientific proof whether he speaks up or not. The build-up may take a year, but Seldon doubt Rashelle is that patient-or that Mannix has that long to live. Seldon insists they gain their freedom, because he has solved enough of the problem to begin practical work in proper facilities.
