Summary
In “July,” in Science, Harri learned about all the things on the human body that were necessary for survival. Fingerprints, eyebrows, eyelashes, and hair were all there “to help you or protect you from something” (219).
While Harri and Jordan were playing with Harri's car, Harri ran away and hid behind a door. He was tricking and punishing Jordan. Jordan did not see it coming.
One day, Miquita forced herself on Harri. She kissed him, stuck her tongue in his mouth, and shoved his hand down her pants. Lydia told her to stop. Miquita would not let Harri go.
