Richard A. Muller

Richard A. Muller is a physics professor at the University of California, Berkeley, and a senior science fellow at the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. He has received multiple rewards for his work, including a McArthur “Genius Award” Grant. He has also been the subject of a few controversies, mainly for his endorsements of polygraph tests and fracking, and for claiming that the 2001 anthrax attacks were the work of Al Qaeda.

Shortly after the release of this book, Muller started a non-profit with his daughter, Berkeley Earth, dedicated to climate change research. He also runs a consulting group that specializes in energy-based issues and works for a 3-D imaging company.
