Power

The allure of absolute Power is a hard thing to resist. This story is driven by the lust for Power. When the mysterious Starstuff falls to the earth, many humans use that Power to rule over other people. These people, known in this story as the Others, have dominated humanity and committed many atrocities throughout history. Even some of the Starcatchers, who had good intentions in the beginning, have been corrupted by the allure of Power. These few have become some of the worst of the Others.
