Chapters 65 through 73 Summary

In Chapter 65, Molly, Alf, and the boys continue to follow Ammm around the point. Molly can now see that Peter was right, that the lagoon is where Ammm is taking them.

In Chapter 66, the blonde mermaid, the leader and teacher of the others, is trying to help Peter. She is giving him mouth to mouth. Peter is only partially conscious.

In Chapter 67, Slank and Little Richard make progress toward the longboat with the trunk. Little Richard is clearly feeling the effects of the trunk, as he has begun to float in the air. When they reach the longboat, Black Stache and his pirates hold Slank hostage for the trunk. They tie Little Richard and Slank up and leave them where the tide will drown them.
