Chapters 32 through 37 Summary
In Chapter 32, the Never Land begins to break apart. As several men are sent overboard by the waves, Alf takes the boys to a dory. He puts them in the dory and pushes them off into the sea just as the Never Land goes up for its last time. After the ship is crushed in the waves and rocks, the boys see no sign of Alf. They float for a few hours and the sky clears to a bright blue. They spot land, but are unable to steer the dory toward it. Alf, floating on a barrel, swims by and grabs the dorry. He ties the dory's lead line around his chest, then swims them to shore.
