Lucille
Lucille is the town where Jam lives. The location of this town is never revealed, and it could actually be almost anywhere. There are several specific places identified in this town, including the school that Jam and Redemption attends, the theater where they meet up most weekends, and the library where Jam gets the books about angels early in the novel. It is noteworthy that the town has no historical statues devoted to men who kept slaves. There are monuments to those who fell victim to the many monsters who were once in control.
Jam's House
Jam and her parents live in a house together, and the house is described as the characters move around the various rooms, performing specific actions.
