Summary

In Chapter 8, Pet appears, and Jam telepathically accuses it of showing off for Redemption, who grabs Jam's hand and stares. Redemption says “shit” several times and jumps when Pet points out that Redemption uses that word “a lot.” Pet allows Redemption to examine him for a while. Jam explains that Pet can be invisible to others, meaning it will accompany them to the library.
