Chapter 25 Summary

Will is cornered by the Jennifers on Kate's way into class. They leave when they see Kate. Will says hi to Kate and asks if she's ready for the test. Will runs into and talks to Kate several more times throughout the day. Sarah offers Kate her brush in the bathroom and says Will is acting strange. At the end of the day and with half the school watching, Will asks Kate out, but she says no.

Chapter 25 Analysis

It's ironic that Sarah starts talking to and even knows Kate exists after people at school find out she has been hooking up with Will. Kate comes out and tells Will that she won't go out without him because he humiliated her and she's ending it before he can end it. The problem is that Will really likes Kate.
