Chapter 22 Summary
Kate and Sharon clean the house. The real estate agent comes. Kate is on the couch depressed when she thinks that she can call Will because he called her and he has her shoe. Grandma comes home from shopping and starts to talk with Kate. Kate's mom overhears Grandma telling Kate not define herself by someone else. She starts to say like her mom does with her dad when Sharon interrupts. Grandma and Sharon get into an argument and Sharon tells her that they are selling the house.
That night, Grandma goes to bed early and dad comes home from the mall late. Todd comes home with news he got a job at the coffee place at another mall.
