Summary
Percy faced his biggest challenge of his life when he had to battle the bronze dragon. It was late June and Percy had just returned to the camp from a quest. Everything seemed normal. He looked forward to another game of Capture the Flag. The night before the blue team, Hephaestus’ cabin, had defeated the red team, Ares’ cabin, with Percy’s help. On the blue team were Apollo, Hermes, and Percy. On the red team were none other than Athena and Ares along with Aphrodite, Dionysus, and Demeter. His friend Annabeth, daughter of Athena, was on the red team, too. Annabeth promised Percy that the red team would prevail that night.
