Chapter 7: So Many Rules Summary
Ruby returns to the dorm, confused about Louis and his tortured past. She and Abby agree everyone deserves a fresh start. As the week progresses, Ruby is relieved to note Gisselle is on her best behavior and seemingly on top of her schoolwork, though she wonders what machinations Gisselle has brewing below the surface. Ruby's paranoia proves justified when she once again finds herself in Mrs. Ironwood's office, where she gets in trouble for leaving campus with Miss Stevens.
