Chapters 25 - 27 Summary
Cayce and Boone go for coffee at a nearby Starbucks. Boone admits to having driven by Damien's and having seen Franco and Max - Cayce's muggers - sitting outside his apartment. He had then called Bigend and waited until a meeting with Dorotea was also set up. Boone explains things to Cayce in a manner that helps her to understand the situation and the fact that there are no other options. He asks if she still trusts him enough to work with him, and Cayce wants his assurances that he will keep her more informed. He will, but only face to face because there are dangers to other forms of communication.
