Chapter 23, Movement Summary
Jack Ryan is back in the satellite reconnaissance center and they are evaluating the three remaining camps. They are looking to target the ULA camp, if they possibly can. The satellite images are not clear enough to show facial images, but Ryan thinks Camp-18 is the target based on a line of six men in a target shooting line and one of the men has a beard and light-skinned arms. Jack has gotten over his qualms about his role in the French camp's demise, and that bothers him slightly; that he has gotten over it so easily. However, he does realize that international cooperation is one of the few truly effective ways to shut terrorists down.
Back in London, Cooley is startled by a very small electrical fire in his shop. The electrician who responds to his call finds a wire...
