Chapter 21, Plans Summary
The terrorists, Miller and O'Donnell, continue their plans for the upcoming operation with Sean complaining about Alex allowing his personal feelings to interfere with the goal. As a result, Sean wishes to limit Alex's role in the operation. They discuss every contingency and establish a training schedule to being a month prior to the operation. While the terrorists plan for their event, Owens and Murray plan for the same event with the difference being the outcome. The safety of His Royal Highness is paramount and they are trying to anticipate any move the terrorists might make.
