Chapter 13, Visitors Summary
Sean Miller is, indeed, in the U.S. and working with an American named Alex, who sounds to be some sort of operative himself. Sean is not crazy about working with a black man and really does not like Alex to try to improve his plans. They intend to do a run-through of their operation that afternoon. Names of the targets are not revealed.
At the CIA, Ryan and Cantor are discussing the ULA again. Ryan has determined that O'Donnell was initially with the PIRA because the first ULA operations were PIRA plans that had been abandoned, a mistake the British made too.
