Chapter 10, Plans and Threats Summary
It is nearly a week after the terrorist took Sean Miller back and Commander Owens and FBI agent Dan Murray are no closer to discovering the whereabouts of the terrorist gang. They have managed to locate the wreckage of the rubber Zodiac the terrorists used as an escape vehicle, and once it is raised from its watery grave they will set about the tedious work of finding where everything was manufactured. It's not a great break in the case but better than nothing. As the two men discuss the case Owens especially, is affronted at what is obviously a high-level leak.
