Summary
In Chapter Eighteen, Frasier watches Oliver throw away Lizbeth’s box on a security monitor, and Lizbeth’s ghost begins to panic. Frasier realizes she wants him to read her diaries. He retrieves the box from the dumpster. Frasier reads the diaries and learns that Oliver is Lucy’s child. Frasier decides that he cannot tell Oliver he is Lucy’s son, and he tells Lizbeth’s ghost to let go of her pain. Lizbeth’s ghost panics, but Frasier ignores it.
As Zoey, Charlotte, and Mac prepare for Zoey’s birthday dinner, Oliver arrives with a wrapped gift. The gift is a copy of Dancing with the Dellawisps.
