Summary

Belle arrives early and confident to the meeting with B. Gruss II, intentionally picking a seat right next to the head of the table, where he will be sitting. After everybody arrives, he begins the meeting and opens the floor for comments. The other women in the room begin to discuss how there is no issue at all with the Feagin Dixon culture. An angered Belle begins to speak honestly and frankly about the issues women face within the company, but B. Gruss II is dismissive. He continues to be dismissive of Belle's complaints even after Kathryn and other women begin to chime in on her side, and he quickly exits the meeting, cutting it short. Belle continues to address the other women in the room about the problems of the culture, but they sit there quietly before eventually exiting one by one...
