Summary

In Part 7, Oona's New Year's leap sent her to 1999. She looked at her hand and found a scribble that said ask Madeleine about the tattoo. Oona was ready to discover the secret reason she had M.D.C.R inked on her wrist. She checked Madeleine's bag for a clue as the note suggested and found an envelope with matching initials.
