Summary

In Chapter 13, when Cooper visits his grandmother she asks how the Simon situation is going. He catches her up on what has happened and tells her that he neither hurt Simon nor has he taken steroids. Nonny tells him that his situation will get better before it gets worse. She also asks how Keely is doing. When Cooper replies she is clingy, Nonny tells him it is okay to admit that he does not love Keely.

Nate takes over the narration when he comes home early from Amber’s party to call Bronwyn. They watch a scary movie which Bronwyn tells him that she cannot watch alone. He asks her to come to his house and watch the movie with him but she says she cannot. They choose a different movie.
