Poems 125 - 138, Letter 16 - 22: Summary
There is an earthquake drill. Colette pulls Ruby aside after class and asks her if she is still a virgin. Ruby says yes, that Ray wanted to have sex but she wasn't ready. Colette tells her that most people in LA have sex by 15 and she lost her virginity to a famous movie star's son. Ruby makes a joke and they laugh.
Ruby writes to her mother. She hasn't heard from Lizzie in four days and wonders if her friend has forgotten her. She tells her mother she is angry at her for dying and for ruining her life.
Every weekend Whip comes up with something different for them to do. They take what he calls "bonding trips" to see different things in the area. They have been to Legoland, Las Vegas and Catalina Island to name...
