Poems 107 - 125, Letter 13 - 15: Summary
Whip comes to Ruby's room and asks if he can explain to her what happened with her mother. She slams the bedroom door in his face and feels pretty good about it. She looks out her bedroom window and sees Whip looking through a giant scrap book. Max comes to sit with him and they look at the book together. Whip begins to cry and Max gives him a tissue. Ruby is suspicious and thinks Whip sat under her window on purpose. She thinks about how her mother swore off men after Whip and was upset when she began dating Ray. Max comes to see if Ruby wants to talk and convinces her to have dinner with he and Whip. They go to the gazebo and no one talks at first. Eventually Whip and Ruby apologize to...
