Chapter Three Summary

Following Ranger's advice, Stephanie decides to contact the people who may be involved in the shooting of Ziggy Kulesza, the man Morelli is wanted for killing. Two potential sources of information are Carmen Sanchez, the woman whose apartment Ziggy was killed, and Benito Ramirez, Ziggy's boss and future heavyweight boxing champ.

Carmen Sanchez has been missing since the murder, so Stephanie focuses on Ramirez. Ramirez works out in the Stark Street Gym, a hole in the wall located on the worst street in Trenton. Known for drug trafficking, prostitution and worse, Stark Street is not a place any sane person would want to be. Unfortunately, if Stephanie wants to talk to Ramirez, a trip to Stark Street is necessary.
