Chapters 11-15 Summary
Myron and Brenda arrive at the Dakota, Win's apartment building. Brenda makes herself comfortable in her room and Myron asks Win if he can arrange a meeting with the Bradford family. Win concedes that he can but does not follow Myron's logic regarding the situation. While the Bradford family does seem to be tied to the Slaughter's in some way, the connection appears circumstantial to Win. If Anita Slaughter had seen something she shouldn't have when Elizabeth died, Win believes that the Bradford's would have taken care of it then, not waited nine months to do away with her. Brenda is listening, angry at having been left out of a conversation involving her life.
