Summary

The ballroom cheers as Apollo takes Evangeline in his arms, celebrating the new royal engagement. Evangeline feels as if everything is a dream - a wonderful dream, but still unreal. After the party Evangeline returns to the inn she and Marisol are staying in and falls deeply asleep. When she wakes up, she is greeted by a giddy Marisol who brings her tea. The two laugh and debrief the previous night. Despite her excitement, Evangeline tries to minimize conversations of the engagement, worried that it might upset Marisol. Marisol assures her that it is all ok, and even explains that she met someone last night named Jacks.
