Bri's House

Many of the novel's events occur in Bri's home where she lives with her mother and brother. Whenever Bri is upset she closes herself in her room to think, write, or talk to her friends on her phone or online. The author also uses Bri's home to illustrate the family's increasingly difficult financial circumstances.
