Chapter 11 Summary
Torson leads the captives through an open gateway. Ker follows behind. They are chained together. None except Yul still wear manacles. The slave market is like a fenced farmyard. Two craftsmen bargain for Orien. They will share him as an apprentice. At least it is better than being sold into the mines, where his face would be cruelly branded.
