Summary

In Chapter 13, Lucas and Bob settle in their hotel rooms. Bob does not want to spend a lot of time there. Lucas says they are there to be polite and will create an excuse to make a move if nothing happens after two days. Soon afterward, Weaver calls about a the arrival of an SUV and a van. The van is from New Jersey. They think that Romano's son-in-law is in the SUV. They watch the men take boxes out of the van. Then a man takes a black box out of the SUV. Weaver calls to let Lucas and Bob know that they are moving something. Weaver is sending in a team and tells Bob and Lucas to stay where they are. Bob is not happy. He notices that the men are leaving. They decide to take shifts to watch the building...
