Summary

In Chapter 26, narrated by Fallon, the next chapter of Ben’s book describes the day Ben met Fallon in the restaurant. Ben woke up distraught when he discovered he had spent the night at Jordyn’s apartment. Jordyn reminded him he called her to pick him up because he was too drunk to drive and did not want to call Kyle.

Jordyn challenged Ben to visit his mother’s grave. Ben does so even though he felt he was just staring at a stone because his mother was not really there.
