Summary

In Chapter 19, Callum stops Sephy to speak to her at the end of math class. She is angry at him for not visiting her while she was recovering at home. He explains that he would stand outside her house every day, hoping to see her. Before they part ways, Callum tells her he understands if she does not show up at the beach.

Callum anxiously awaits Sephy’s arrival at the beach in Chapter 20. He is terrified that she will not come. When Sephy does arrive, she tells Callum she believes him about coming to visit her, he is overjoyed. Sephy says she is sorry she missed their picnic. Callum asks her if she remembers their last trip to Celebration Park. Sephy speaks of it fondly, but Callum has a different memory of it.
