Change Is Inevitable

Change is inevitable in a society. Any group of humans capable of individual thought is destined to change as individuals present new ideas and place their focus on new goals. This futuristic novel is set in a relatively closed society with a religious and a secular leadership – the Temple and the Council. Both govern as they have for years, but a new group is emerging to push boundaries and question the reasons for the rules and restrictions.

A young man named Ven is the narrator of this novel. Ven is a member of the Temple who is working as a spy to infiltrate the Brotherhood – a group that is proposing radical and immediate changes to the church and the government.
