Lena Dunham
Lena Dunham is an accomplished and highly successful writer, actress and director. She is the creator of the award-winning HBO TV series, “Girls.” Lena won the Golden Globe for best actress in a TV comedy. She also won the Directors Guild of America’s directorial award in comedy. From a young child on, she was a gifted writer and poet. Her mother and father were both artists and advocates of the arts. Lena spent many hours in the museums in New York City as a young girl. Art was always a part of her life and it was not surprising that she leaned toward a career in entertainment.
