Christmasland vs. Reality
Christmasland is the place that Charlie Manx creates in his head to keep children young and happy forever. It is an imaginary place that only a few can access. In Christmasland, it is Christmas every day. There are huge nutcrackers. There is an impressive looking roller coaster that Manx calls a Sleigh Coaster because it is made up of Christmas Sleighs. The roller coaster's entrance is a large Santa Claus face. In the center of this theme park, down the main road called Gumdrop Avenue, sits a Christmas tree that is at least a hundred feet tall. The base of the tree is as big around as a house. Children can sit in its branches. Manx brings children to Christmasland, truly believing that they will be forever happy.
