Summary

Vic has no idea what or where 'Sleigh House' is, but she doesn't care. On the other side of the bridge, the air is warmer. She gets off the bridge and goes into a hardwood forest. Looking back, she can still see Haverhill's light. She gets off her bike and looks around. The fir trees are covered in Christmas ornaments of all descriptions.
