Friday, pgs. 475-510 Summary
Sully, Wirf and the police attend a meeting in the judge's chambers. Wirf advises Sully not to speak unless he is asked a direct question. The judge does not want the case to go to trial and points out that Officer Raymer has a bad record and that Wirf will file countersuits. Sully and Raymer are asked to step out into the hall. Sully offers to buy Raymer a cup of coffee but he refuses the offer. Peter and Will come into the room as Sully and Raymer are talking.
Peter has been in Morgantown settling his affairs and has just returned. They tell Sully that Wacker is in the hospital having his tonsils removed.
