While undoubtedly a keen political analyst, author Naomi Klein has focused her career on seemingly unrelated topics like the role of branding in the world of marketing and the exploitation of financial, security, or natural shocks for economic gain. Admittedly in this book’s introduction, Klein believes her unique background in these very topics compelled her to write this book.
