The Supernatural

The premise of these books is that in the Stone Age there were two sisters who were both witches. One sister desired to be immortal and in this pursuit became the first vampire. This sister went on to give birth to a son and creating a race of born vampires who can control their aging and have children. This vampire also bit the first human, creating the first created vampire. The other sister continued to be a witch, forcing her sister out of the family and giving birth to the existence of the Night World. The ancestors of this witch continue to be powerful witches who continue to be leaders in the Night World.
