Point of View

Each of the novels in this set is written in the third-person point of view. In Dark Angel, the narrator is Gillian Lennox. Gillian is a shy seventeen-year-old girl who dies and returns to life in the company of a guardian angel who helps her overcome her shyness and become popular. In The Chosen, the narrator is Rashel. Rashel is a vampire hunter who is mortified when she discovers her soulmate is a vampire. This novel utilizes the omniscient aspect of the third person point of view, telling the story not only through Rashel's eyes, but also through the eyes of Quinn, her soulmate. Soulmate also uses the third person omniscient point of view, telling the story of Hannah and Thierry through both their viewpoints.
